OUR STORY
Judi Esmond has been the owner and operator of Hudson Valley Pottery since 2013. She has been making pottery and taking photos since age 11 as a way to relax and be in the moment.
Judi received a BFA in Photography, BA in Art Education and an MA in Studio Art with a concentration in Ceramics, from SUNY New Paltz. Judi has been an adjunct museum educator with the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art at SUNY New Paltz, as well as being a certified K-12 art teacher where she worked in the New Paltz Central School District for nine years.
Judi continues to take on creative projects for clients and she makes most of the pottery on sale at the studio.
